Technical Specifications
AISI 420 high carbon stainless steel (12% chromium) fork is 4" long and 3/64" thick (1.2 mm). It has a 50 RC hardness. Item weighs 1.7 oz. Handle is made of treated bubinga wood for long lasting use. In order to maintain the wooden handle in beautiful condition, hand washing and a quick dry with soft cloth are recommended.
