This slicing knife is good for slicing turkey, whole chicken or any other poultry. However, it can also be used for slicing pineapple, meatloaf and cakes.

Technical Specifications
Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Blade is 11-3/4" long and 1/8" thick. Hardness is 55-57 RC. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or hand-washing is recommended.
